Jackie Chan's Who Am I? film locations in Rotterdam

Most people most likely seen Rotterdam for their first time watching Jackie Chan's Who Am I? from 1998 , so in this video I showing you all the filming locations that are walkable from the city centre of Rotterdam in 2025. Also revealing a lot of new location a lot of other videos online hasn't talked about, but also show that a lot of the scenes that suppose to be in Africa was also filmed in Rotterdam.

You might have heard of the trend of Japanese walking where you basically walking in a fast pace for 3 minutes and then walk 3 minutes at a normal pace for 30 minutes, but is it really the hype most people are giving it. Though luckily the Dutch weather quickly changed to a sunny summer, but still I wanted to find out what would be the best option, walking in a garage, in a big shopping mall or a long tunnel.

Easy prolonged fasting strategy!

Since I started vlogging I have lost 4kg in 3 days time with Fasting and Walking. In this video I explain my prolonged fasting strategy to achieve this and why its beneficial to add walking when you are fasting. After initial big weight loss of the first day am basically able to lose 1 kg a day after the first day.

 A lot of people often say to walk 10.000 steps a day, but should you really follow that advice? As I found out there isn't really a good reason to walk 10.000 steps and mostly 10.000 steps is from marketing a Japanese Step counter called Manpo. In this video I will explain more about the 10.000 steps and also give you another much better target to walk on a daily basis.

Will show you simple way to loose weight and which will only cost you some time and not gonna cost you money to do. I will walk 4 kilometers extra every day to burn additional calories and also able to measure my time walking that distance as it a set distance and can see how I can become faster every day and also its a distance that is great is you are just starting as you can walk it without hurting yourself, then compared to walking 10.000 steps or 10 km extra everyday to burn extra calories. Also I will show you different locations while I am walking and able to explore the city with me.
