My first vlog on the Walqer


Follow me on my journey of losing weight while walking and talking about different tips how to loose weight and daily see how I change and loose my weight for an big upcoming event. Will show you simple way to loose weight and which will only cost you some time and not gonna cost you money to do.

I will walk 4 kilometers extra every day to burn additional calories and also able to measure my time walking that distance as it a set distance and can see how I can become faster every day and also its a distance that is great is you are just starting as you can walk it without hurting yourself, then compared to walking 10.000 steps or 10 km extra everyday to burn extra calories.

Also I will show you different locations while I am walking and able to explore the city with me.
